Learning in Action: HCC Certification Project

As part of my Construction Project Management certification at HCC, I worked alongside a team to complete a hands-on construction project. This group assignment required us to plan, coordinate, and execute a build while applying real-world management techniques. Collaborating with others reinforced my ability to lead, problem-solve, and ensure a project stays on track—skills I carry into every job today. Completing this project and earning my certification with distinction was a proud milestone in my journey as a construction professional.
